Our Technical Center - located in Niles, Ohio, was dedicated in 1953. It was the first industrial lab in the nation built exclusively for titanium metal research. For the past half century, titanium research has remained our primary focus. The center's activities have expanded to include technical support of production operations, sales, and our customer base. In today's ever-changing technical environment, it is important to stay abreast of new and improving technologies that can benefit our customers. With this in mind, one of the major objectives for the R&D group is the development of new processes and products that improve the quality, yields, and delivery of our products. This will ensure that we maintain our position as an industry leader in the production of titanium mill products.

Services provided by the center include contract research, process/product development, partnering with customers, and customer technical support. A listing of some of these capabilities is shown below. Click on any of the following to see more information.
