Policy
We shall provide our customers with products and
services that conform to their requirements as well as statutory
and regulatory requirements. To accomplish this, we shall define
the requirements of each job and provide the resources and environment
that allows each individual to understand and meet those requirements.
To assure the
continually improved effectiveness of the quality management system,
we shall establish annual corporate goals, communicate these goals in
an understandable manner to all employees, review these goals on a quarterly
basis, and revise them as required for continuing suitability.
RMI Titanium
Company An RTI International Metals Company renewed
their Quality Management System Registration, in 2002, to the ISO 9001:2000
/ AS9100A International Quality Standard.
This achievement
was a direct result of the entire organization working together in effectively
developing and maintaining the Quality System in order to be renewed
for another three-year term. Meeting the ever-growing customer demand
for the highest level of quality is vital to the future success of companies
in any kind of business. Our Company has demonstrated its commitment
to quality and to the continuous improvement of management system by
successfully maintaining their Quality System Registration.
Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQi) has been
chosen as RTI Niles' partner in this process. BVQi has registered
over 30,000 companies around the world and stresses the need for
continuous improvement as well as their commitment to Adding Value
throughout the process. We obtained Bureau Veritas Quality International
(BVQi) in 1993.
Our Niles,
Ohio, Laboratory and Sonic Inspection Departments also maintain
a documented quality system accredited by NADCAP (National Aerospace
and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) that is administered
by the Performance Review Institute (PRI), an independent, not-for-profit
association. We obtained NADCAP certification in 1994. |
