RMI TITANIUM COMPANY ANNOUNCES NEW LABOR AGREEMENT

Niles, Ohio – RMI Titanium Company announced today that it has reached tentative agreement with United Steelworkers of America Locals 2155 and 2155-7 on a new contract affecting about 500 employees at its Niles facility. A ratification vote is expected within the next few days.

RMI Titanium Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of RTI International Metals, Inc. (NYSE; RTI).
